After winning the featherweight division at the 2011 Worlds in California, Michelle Nicolini made her MMA debut this Thursday at Inka FC in Peru.
Keeping to her roots, the CheckMat black belt paid no heed to the partisan crowd and put away local fighter Cristina Mejia with an armbar. The fight was in the under-60kg division.
Now Michelle will turn her attention to No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu training for this year’s ADCC, to take place September in England.
