You won’t have to wait long for the explosive second installment of BJJ Stars Black Belt Edition. The event will be held this Saturday at the Hebraica gymnasium in São Paulo, Brazil.
As well as the superfights arranged by the experienced team of Prof. Fepa Lopes, a GP featuring giants of the sport promises to set the arena on fire. Pay-per-view will be available from BJJStars.tv for $9.90, starting at 7 p.m. EST.
Recent changes to the card have made the show potentially even more exciting than before. With the departure of Mahamed Aly, Patrick Gáudio and Fellipe Andrew — all three injured at the ADCC Worlds — now Gustavo Batista, Jackson Sousa and Dimitrius Souza are joining the GP, which is rounded out by Leandro Lo, Lucas Hulk, Nicholas Meregali, Rudson Mateus and Victor Hugo. They will be vying for 100,000 reais (around USD 24,000).
The superfights confirmed are Roberto Godói vs Gustavo Ximu, Ana Schmitt vs Bia Basílio, Marco Barbosa vs Admilson “Juquinha” Brites, Adriano Silva vs Luis Marques, and André Trezza vs Yves Carbinatti.
