In 2012, the sharp tongue Irish was still an unknown newcomer, and decided to test his ground game in an IBJJF No-Gi tournament, the European in London.
In the tournament, Conor crashed shortly with a member of the Gracie family, the young Kywan Gracie Behring, in the purple belt medium category. Kywan, who finished the competition with the bronze, was better than the Irish star that day, and won thanks to a sweep. Check it out and learn from both!
