During a press conference today, interim light heavyweight champion Jon Jones apologized to everyone for the potential anti-doping violation that got him pulled from UFC 200.
Jones even apologized to current light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier, whom he has had a very vocal and very physical rivalry with for close to two years.
Jon Jones was once widely considered the pound-for-pound best in mixed martial arts, with only one controversial disqualification loss to sully record.
Yet despite his superhuman skill in what has to be one of the toughest sports known to man, Jones has frequently found himself on the wrong of authority – both inside and outside of the UFC.
Will Jon Jones ever be able to clean up his act and regain his greatness?
