On Dec. 10, the Valente brothers held a winter belt ceremony that brought together both Valente Brothers students and Royce Gracie students for a grand total of 400 in attendance to the Valente Brothers Headquarters in North Miami Beach, FL.
The ceremony had two special guests as well: Grandmaster Pedro Valente and Royce Gracie.
The day marked the 20-year anniversary of Professor Pedro’s arrival to Miami, the 20-year anniversary of Royce Gracie’s first UFC title and the 60-year anniversary of the friendship between the two families.
Fifteen students were presented their ultimate promotion of black belt among many other promotions.
