which resulted in Hughes being airlifted to the hospital. Thankfully, the world was updated when Steven Marrocco tweeted that Monte Cox reports that Hughes’ eyes are still closed, but he is “awake” and “squeezing hands.” While it is clear that Matt Hughes is not yet out of the woods, his consciousness shows that he is relatively stable and on the road to recovery. We are sure that those involved will keep us updated as Hughes’ condition changes.
