The UFC on Fox 4 event broadcast from Los Angeles, California, this Saturday was quite a treat for Jiu-Jitsu fans. And whenever someone taps out in the most revered cage in MMA, Rener Gracie’s there to break down the hold that made it happen.

Speaking of finishes, Joe Lauzon weathered some stormy seas against Jamie Varner, but at the end of the third round he pulled off a triangle choke and added another submission win to his record. The move netted him the submission-of-the-night award, and the three action-packed rounds were deemed the fight of the night.
