When it rains, it pours, especially this year.
UFC lightweight fighter Kevin Lee is now recovering from surgery on his ACL — again — after already being in recovery from getting surgery on his other ACL.
Earlier this year, Lee tore his left ACL and was expected to stay away from the Octagon for at least six months as he received and recovered from surgery to repair it.
Unfortunately, it looks like we’ll have to wait even longer to see Lee back in action. Taking to Instagram to deliver the news, the fighter revealed that he’d recently received surgery on his right ACL as well, which he says he injured while recovering from his first ACL surgery.
While obviously not pleased about his new injury, Lee appears to be keeping his spirits up and refusing to let this setback get him down too much.
