The UFC celebrated its 25th anniversary with an event held this Saturday in the city where it all began: Denver, Colorado. The modest card was made up for by good bouts and some breathtaking plays.
A co-main fight saw Donald Cerrone showing his skills against Mike Perry. Cerrone put his jiu-jitsu to practice to decide the match in the first round with a nice armlock. Before this, in the preliminary card, ADCC champion Davi Ramos annihilated John Guther. With a takedown right in the first seconds followed by some refined ground technique, Davi took the back, adjusted the rear naked choke, and secured a win in under two minutes.
