Two Ways To Deal With Sore Fingers

Sore fingers are going to be a problem if you’re rolling in the gi. Whether it’s lasso guard or just grabbing on to your opponent’s lapels to choke her, your digits are going to be feeling pretty damn sore after class.

So what can you do to at least reduce the pain in your fingers.

The individual in the video below, who goes under the name, eedom, started by icing his fingers, and though that helped with the pain, it did not help much.

One day, however, a guy from his class suggested warm water. Soaking your fingers in warm water, according to him, increases the circulation to the fingers.
