Besides Cobrinha and Rodolfo in the absolute black belt final, there’s another interesting matchup between Alliance and GFTeam to be broadcast live across the Middle East on Abu Dhabi Sport TV.
In the under-74-kg purple belt division lightweight Francisco “Sinistro” Iturralde (from our GMA Alliance Ecuador) will face Victor Santos. Sinistro, it is worth noting, is coming off a win in his weight division and bronze in the absolute at the 2011 Pan.
Another purple belt final, in the under-65-kg division, pits Pedro Torres (from our GMA Alliance Atlanta) against Paulo Miyao, a revelation from Cicero Costha academy. Two supreme matchups.
