The Ultimate Fighter: Latin America 3 is in the record books, and it had some surprising upsets and great fights.
In the main event, Tony Ferguson walked away with a Fight of the Night performance bonus for his huge win over former UFC Lightweight Champion Rafael dos Anjos. Though dos Anjos controlled the fight in the first round, Ferguson came back strong in the later rounds, wobbling the former champion in the second and leaving him bloodied up before the final bell. Though Tony couldn’t finish the fight, the judges awarded him a unanimous decision victory that pushed his record up to 22-3. Dos Anjos moves down to 29-5.

Richardo Lamas and Douglas Silva de Andrade left TUF: Latin America 3 with Performance of the Night bonuses for their finishes. Lamas took down Charles Oliveira with a second-round guillotine choke and Andrade KO’ed his opponent, Henry Briones, halfway through the final round.
Diego Sanchez was back in prime form, putting on a fun show against Margin Held. Granted, most would probably agree that it didn’t live up to his war against Gilbert Melendez at UFC 166, but it did feature an interesting use of the cage that would have made Anthony Pettis jealous.
There is just NO QUIT in @DiegoSanchezUFC!! #UFCMexico https://t.co/nbyUCbcPg7

Sanchez also made up for his 16-second loss against Joe Lauzon at UFC 200 and walked out of his fight against Held with a unanimous decision victory.
Of course, the entire reason for the event was to crown a Ultimate Fighter: Latin America 3 winner. That honor went to Martin Bravo, who finished Claudio Puelles with a second-round TKO.
What a liver shot from @BravoToroMartin!!!!! That's all she wrote, folks! #TUFLatinoAmerica 3 champ! https://t.co/ARuARu1P9h
