The IBJJF held the first ever Spanish National Jiu-Jitsu championship on May 14, in Madrid.
Gracie Barra’s Manuel Pontes was the standout with gold medals both in the gi and no-gi black belt open class divisions.
He beat Mathias Ribeiro in the gi and closed out with GB teammate Marcus Filho at the no-gi absolute.
