Eduardo Rene Sanchez Brazilian Jiu Jitsu students are on a journey together. They help each other, they find a family here of like minds that are interested not in hurting each other, but in participating in a healthy, clean, positive sport that allows tem to flourish as individuals. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu students develop a deep understanding for the art and while doing so, acquire skills that help them succeed not only in Jiu Jitsu, but also in every day life. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Students can expect to learn:
Direction: In Brazilian Jiu Jitsu you learn how to set goals. You must learn the knowledge necessary and to do the work needed to achieve them, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a structured program with belts acknowledging personal achievement. Belt color displays effort, time and experience in training. You become aware of the requirements to earn each belt and encouraged to set personal goals and work toward achievement.
Fitness & Coordination: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will improve the overall fitness of people who attend class regularly. Classes incorporate a series of conditioning, stretching and strength training.  Consistent training produces better muscle tone, strength, flexibility, increased energy and an enthusiasm for regular physical activity.  Another benefit derived from training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu includes coordination.  Brazilian Jiu Jitsu contains a progressive series of movements. Students learn these grappling techniques and how to put them together in a string of movement. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu enhances coordination through the development of mental ability and muscle memory.

Self-Defense: Although many students do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for the sport, most learn valuable self-defense skills as well. Eduardo Rene Sanchez is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt under UFC and ADCC champion Ricco Rodriguez. He has been teaching and competing in the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for over 15 years. He currently trains world-class grapplers who compete at the highest level in BJJ and MMA.  Eduardo Rene Sanchez is also undefeated in MMA. Despite his keen ability to defeat opponents in MMA, his greatest strength is his ability to convey the essence of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to his students.
Sanchez Brazilian Jiu Jitsu understands to importance of various knowledge in the sport of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He has hosted many of the sports elite in his training center; including Rampage Jackson, Dean Lister, Mark Kerr, Justin McCully, Kendall Grove, Jason Champers, Drew Fickett and Robert Drysdale.
