Ronda Rousey to fight Holly Holm at UFC 195

hayabusa-gi-graciemagshopUFC bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey is as sharp on her interviews as she is on her fights.

Her latest comments during a media day this Tuesday have been making waves in the grappling community.

She said that her goals as an athlete are not limited to the UFC octagon.

“I want to be remembered as one of the greatest fighters of all time in any sport. I would love to have a chance to be the boxing world champion, I would love to have a chance to be the Jiu-Jitsu world champion, and I would love to have the chance to beat the previous world champions and just be the best of all at one point,” said Ronda, who already has a olympic bronze medal, conquered at the 2008 Beijing games.

That’s not the first time Ronda says that she wants to venture herself against Jiu-Jitsu champions in a grappling environment.

In 2014, she said she thought she could beat any BJJ black belt under any rules set.

Her comments generated heated comments from BJJ champions.

Do you think Ronda has what it takes to be a Jiu-Jitsu world champion?
