Five-time black belt world champion Rodolfo Vieira traveled to Tokyo, Japan, and has signed a contract to make his MMA debut in 2016.
According to sources in the Japanese MMA media, the 2011 black belt open class champion will make his first fight on the fall of next year.
Rodolfo’s fight will be part of a card at Real Fight Championship with no specific date or opponent yet.
It is the same event where Kron Gracie made his MMA debut, on December 2014.
Rodolfo Vieira announced recently that he is ready to make his move from Jiu-Jitsu to MMA and for that he will move to the USA to train with American Top Team, starting this February.
Before starting his new career, Rodolfo will go through hip surgery in Brazil.
