Ricardo Libório is out of the 2017 ADCC, set to take place between the 22nd and 24th of September at the Espoo Metro Arena in Espoo, Finland. The leader of American Top Team suffered a knee injury and won’t recover in time for his fight with Chael Sonnen. The organization has yet to announce his replacement. Libório won his ADCC 2015 superfight versus his old Carlson Gracie Team teammate Zé Mario Sperry, which earned him a spot in this year’s installment. Before flying to Finland, Sonnen will clash with Wanderlei Silva at Bellator 180 on June 24 in New York.
