It’s been nearly two years since Australia’s Craig Jones achieved international fame in the jiu-jitsu community after choking out Leandro Lo at ADCC. Since that unforgettable moment, Jones has continued to climb the proverbial ladder of success, becoming the 205- and 185-lb champion at Polaris and winning numerous superfights for some of the top promotions in the sport.
