Day 1 of the 2015 New York Spring Open took place this Saturday, at the City College, in Manhattan.
In the adult black belt division, Tanner Rice claimed the most important title when he defeated Fernando Iturralde for the open class gold medal.
In the female division, the glory went to Alliance’s Dominyka Obelenyte, who beat Nyjah Easton for the open class title.
