On the year the team completes 15 years of existance, Nova União is hard at work in preparing for the Jiu-Jitsu World Championship, to take place June 3 to 6 in California. To better their chances, the team has set up a super training camp in the United States.
“We’ll hold a camp in Dallas, which starts May 18 and will include the participation of several of our teachers and athletes from around the world,” says Bruno Bastos, one of the wizards of the mat to see action in California.
Also confirmed for the training camp, besides Bastos, are Robson Moura, Rodrigo Feijão and Marcelino Freitas, among numerous other high-ranking competitors from the team.
