A man in New York attempted to mug a woman during the daytime. The woman, who is a mother, was walking down the street minding her own business at the time. Rather than escaping with the woman’s money, the mugger was apprehended by some passersby, who forced him to return the money. One passerby, twenty-five year old Deon Frank, applied a rear choke hold to the mugger. This might have been fatal for the criminal, if he hadn’t returned the money. Many feel that this incident highlights the importance of standing up for justice.
