Max Holloway has topped his ten-fight win streak with a bang, by winning the interim featherweight championship!
His opponent, former Lightweight Champion Anthony Pettis, came in flashy at times, using some impressive jump kicks and his famous cartwheel kick. But Holloway easily outboxed him, bloodying Pettis’ right eye and tagging him thoughout the fight.
Holloway also landed some beautiful sweeps that kept his opponent on the defensive.

In the third round, Holloway charged in with a flurry of lefts and rights, digging in and teeing off on Pettis’ head. As the former Lightweight Champion crouched down and covered up, the referee called a stop to the fight, making Holloway the new Interim Featherweight Champion.
