Mousasi retains belt in Japan

Also-Strikeforce fighter Gegard Mousasi was successful in defending his Dream light heavyweight title this Saturday in Japan. The fighter took just 3:29 minutes to overcome Hiroshi Izumi via technical knockout.

Also featured on the card, big name Japanese fighters Tatsuya Kawajiri, Hideo Tokoro and Hiroyuki Takaya all won their respective bouts, while the lone Brazilian, Bruno Carvalho, dropped a unanimous decision to Eiji Mitsuoka.
