Rodrigo Minotauro is readying his weapons for his next battle. The Brazilian, who in his last appearance took out up-and-comer Brendan Schaub in the first round at UFC Rio, is sharpening up his striking skills with the Brazilian national boxing team.
The black belt is fully focused on getting revenge on Frank Mir in their rematch at UFC 140 in Canada come December 10.
“First I’m going to spend some time in Salvador [Bahia, Brazil] training with [Junior] Cigano and [boxing coach Luis] Dórea. I’m going to take my sparring partners and train with about 12 people in all over there, which is great. Then I’m going to train some with the national team, which will also help me a lot,” Rodrigo told website IG.
