Mel Gibson — the legendary actor and director — is apparently yet another celebrity to have been bitten by the Brazilian jiu-jitsu bug.
Carlos Machado — the oldest of the world-famous Machado brothers family — posted pictures of himself training with Gibson, who actually trains with Carlos’ brother, Rigan.
Master Carlos joked that he could be Gibson’s stunt double.

Gibson has been training Brazilian jiu-jitsu for quite some time, too, though we’re not sure what rank he holds.
He has starred in such action movies as the “Lethal Weapon” series, and directed “The Passion of the Christ.”
Red belt Rorion Gracie has a short appearance in Lethal Weapon 3, where he gets beaten up by Rene Russo.
