The first fight on the card of UFC Vegas 21 was over in the blink of an eye as Matthew Semelsberger finished his fight against Jason Witt in just sixteen seconds.
In the opening seconds of the fight, Witt went for a leg kick, and at the same time, Semelsberger connected with a right hand that landed soundly and sent his opponent falling flat on his back. The referee stepped in as Semelsberger charged forward to ensure the fight was finished, and that was that.
Semelsberger was declared the winner by knockout, improving his record to 8-2 and marking his fifth consecutive victory.
