The night of early finishes and upsets just keeps coming tonight at Bellator 180. Matt Mitrione just TKO’ed one of the greatest mixed martial artists of all time, “The Last Emperor” himself, Fedor Emelianenko.
And he did it in only a little over a minute to boot!

The two hit each other with what looked like a double knockout. Matt Mitrione, however, recovered quicker and got top position on Fedor. Mitrione then laid on the punches, forcing referee Dan Miragliotta to call an end to the fight.
He may not be walking out with any gold, but Matt Mitrione is walking out of Bellator 180 with the biggest win of his career!
