This season’s Jiu-Jitsu champion of Europe and the winner of the absolute division at the Lisbon leg of the World Pro tryouts Lucio “Lagarto” Rodrigues is putting on a super seminar. Better yet, the activities are, literally, open to all. You can learn from him from your bedroom, living room or anywhere else where there’s internet access.
The seminar is live over the internet, and the black belt will answer any questions in real time. Furthermore, participants earn the right to thirty days of free access to videos of the class.
The topics will be: introduction, guard control, sweeps, armbars, triangles, omoplatas, kimura locks.
