- Milton during the graduation
This year has been a special one for GMA member school Kioto BJJ.
The team celebrated its 45th anniversary and the 10th year of presence in the USA.
To celebate such successful trajectory, the team recently held its yearly graduation.
Over 300 students got promoted.
Among such huge numbers, two pupils deserved special attention for receiving their black belts.
Professor Milton Almeida was responsible for graduating one of them.
“Joe Maldonado is my first black belt in America,” said Almeida.
