The Jungle Fight promotion will be promoting an open MMA class this Sunday, the 21st, between 1 and 3 PM at Ibirapuera Park in São Paulo. The aim is to provide fighters a chance to demonstrate their skills and make the most of the most talented of them in future installments of the event.
The criteria for picking athletes for the show are performance during the training session and their fight CV. The president of the promotion, Wallid Ismail, will be there and will head the fighter evaluation. “It’s a unique opportunity for anyone wanting to fight in Jungle Fight. Besides having two hours to impress me, anyone interested can contact me directly,” said Ismael. Regarding the open class, Wallid was emphatic: “We’re going to do this in several states around the country. We’re forging ahead with our project of spreading the sport to the masses.”
Interested fighters should present their documents and take their own equipment with them. Access is at Gate 6 of the park.
