Two-time Olympic gold medal winner Kayla Harrison has won the PFL lightweight championship and brought home the $1 million prize.
Harrison, who began her MMA career in June of 2018, faced Larissa Pacheco in the tournament’s final round. The bout was a rematch — the fighters had battled it out in May of 2019, and Harrison came away with the win via unanimous decision.
This time around, Harrison once again won the judges over with her takedown-heavy performance and continued her undefeated record in MMA.
