On Tuesday night, Dec. 3, Renzo Gracie black belt and roosterweight competitor Joseph Capizzi of GMA NYC BJJ will be teaching a seminar in South Jersey.
From 6 – 9 p.m. Capizzi will show both gi and no-gi techniques. He announces, “I have a great night of technique, logic and perspective to share with everyone. The workshop is open to all.”

1 How to develop a perfect grip guillotine with one hand. From the top and bottom position.

3 How to escape the guillotine and problem solve under pressure.
4 Guard Passing with the guillotine attack.
5 Guillotine fluidity drills.

Modern guard passes and guard shapes (competition logic and strategy)
