Joseph Capizzi of GMA NYC BJJ on Staten Island in New York has been working on mastering the guillotine for some time now. The Renzo Gracie black belt has put his moves to the test in the gym and competition and found what moves can really make an impact.
With the north/south guillotine, Joe says, “This move will make it feel like your head is going to explode.” If that’s not effective, I don’t know what is.
