Former UFC Welterweight Champion Johny Hendricks has not had the best record as of late. “Bigg Rigg” was not only riding a three-fight losing streak, but had only won two of his last seven fights.

Tonight, however, Hendricks got himself back on track with a unanimous decision win over second-degree Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt and multiple-time judo gold medalist, Hector Lombard.

Hendricks brought his trademark big left to the game, and repeatedly swung for the fences against his Cuban opponent. He also brought some knees into the mix. Lombard frequently caught Hendricks’ knees, but was not able to do much damage.
In the end, Hendricks’ performance was enough to impress all of the judges, and he landed a win via unanimous decision.
