As sure as the sun will rise, Johny Hendricks will miss weight.
The former UFC Welterweight Champion and the last man to fight Georges St-Pierre in the octagon has tipped the scales at middleweight — the weight class he just moved up to — coming in at a whopping 188 pounds, three pounds over the 185-pound limit.
Henricks will now have to give 20% of his purse to his upcoming opponent at UFC Fight Night 112, Tim Boetsch. However, the fight will still be going down on Sunday night in Oklahoma City.
This is the third time Johnny Hendricks has missed weight.
