Joanna Jedrzejczyk has successfully held on to her title and extended her undefeated MMA career to 14-0.
In the co-main event of UFC 211, Joanna took on Jessica Andrade.
Color commentator Joe Rogan probably described the match best when he called it a “technical dissection by the champion.”

Granted, during the first round, it looked like it could have been anyone’s game. Jessica charged in swinging with a wild, Wanderlei Silva-esque style, slamming the champion down repeatedly with a huge single legs. By the time the first round ended, Joanna had a mouse on her face.
However, the remaining four rounds were all for the defending champion. Jedrzejczyk dominated Andrade with strikes, picking her apart with punches and kicks then quickly moving out of the way before Jessica could charge in and brawl. Andrade did hit a couple more takedowns, but they weren’t enough to keep the champ down.
By the end of the fight, the numbers were overwhelmingly in Joanna‘s favor, giving the judges no choice but to let the champion keep her belt.
Winner by unanimous decision, and STILL UFC Straweight Champion: Joanna Jedrzejczyk!!!
