Craig Jones — the up-and-coming grappling star from the Land Down Under — is about to take on one of the biggest stars in both grappling and mixed martial arts, Jake Shields.
Jake Shields is a former Strikeforce Middleweight Champion and he has competed against some of the biggest MMA stars on some of the biggest stages in mixed martial arts. Lately, though, he has been a star on the grappling mats as well, taking on some of the most famous faces in BJJ.
Jones hasn’t quite reached Shields’ level of success yet, but he should not be underestimated. He’s battled and defeated some big names, too. Case in point: he choked out Leandro Lo.
Polaris 6 will be going down February 17 in London, England. Those who can’t make it to the British capital can watch all of the action live on Fight Pass.
