One of the can’t-miss match-ups on the card for UFC 155 this coming Dec. 29 in Las Vegas is the rematch between middleweights Alan Belcher and Yushin Okami.
With the showdown fast approaching, the American black belt in Jiu-Jitsu has ramped up his ground training with training partner Diego Moraes, and sent in the following video exclusively for GRACIEMAG.com readers to see what he’s got brewing for the big day.
Alan is currently in Milwaukee, where he’s training at Roufusport under the supervision of Duke Roufus, the brother of kickboxing legend Rick Roufus and a champion kickboxer himself, who coaches such standout MMA fighters as Anthony Pettis and Erik Koch.
Check out the video Belcher recorded for GRACIEMAG.com where the black belt teaches how he transitions from side-control to the triangle with an armbar variation.
Is he smooth or what?
