The weekend was devoted to Jiu-Jitsu in Houston, Texas.
Lovato Jiu-Jitsu’s James Puopolo was the main man at the IBJJF Houston Open.
He defeated Julian Vega with a choke from the mount for the adult black belt open class gold.
Puopolo also won the ultraheavy division.
At the teams competition, the results were
