GFTeam, located in Rio de Janeiro, will pay homage to champion Rodolfo Vieira. After extensive renovation, the team led by coral-belt Julio César Pereira will open a new training environment at its headquarters, to make everything more comfortable to them — and less comfortable to their opponents.
With the presence of many of the team’s black-belts, another room will be opened on the second floor of the gym, with new mats to increase the training space.
The upper dojo will be named after world champion Rodolfo Vieira, who was brought up at GFTeam. The BJJ star, who is getting ready for his MMA debut, is a pupil to Julio, Alexandre Baraúna and Marcus Bello.
