Not too many people are aware of how Gustavo Dantas is more than just a talented Jiu-Jitsu professor and competitor. In reaching the level of excellence in teaching that he now enjoys, the Nova União black belt invested in himself and earned a degree in physical education from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and is a certified personal trainer and mental coach to boot.
He’s put so much of his knowledge to practice that he put together a video in which he teaches Jiu-Jitsu practitioners to themselves evaluate their performances following a championship. Check it out:
