Gabrielle Garcia has dominated the Pan-American Jiu-Jitsu Championship for the past two years, winning at weight and absolute alongside her Alliance teammate Luanna Alzuguir.

In 2012, the black belt hopes to do the same at the Pan coming up thie March 29 to April 1 in Irvine, California. Recently, Gabi posted a video on Facebook showing a bit of what she’s doing to retain her dominion on the IBJJF mats this time around.
