Multiple-time BJJ black-belt champion Gabrielle Garcia now tries to retrace her steps in MMA. At Rizin last Sunday the 25th, she opened the show at the Saitama Super Arena with a great performance.
In her third MMA bout, Gabi was fighting to remain undefeated vs. the USA’s Destanie Yarbrough. Just over two minutes in, Gabi managed to stabilize the match on top on the ground, got to side control, attacked Destaine’s arm and achieved an americana from the mount.
