Gabi Garcia‘s much anticipated (and much criticized) match against Shinobu Kandori has been cancelled.
The news was confirmed only moments ago by MMA reporter Bruno Massami:

Garcia made headlines earlier this morning when she weighed in close to 27 pounds over the allowed weight. She was also widely ridiculed for her fight against Kandori, who was not only in her fifties, but had not fought since 2000.
According to Massami, if the fight were to happen tonight, Garcia would have been fined with two yellow cards and 50% of her purse.
Massami also said Gabi would be talking with him later to give him more details about her weight problems and the fight’s cancellation.
5- If the fight was happened today, but was cancelled, Gabi was fined with two yellow cards and take a 50% of her purse to get a large mark of weight miss. (12kg)
6- To the end. Gabi Garcia is coming to talk with us, later today to give more details about situation.
