With a record of 14 wins, two decision losses and one draw, Frankie Edgar came up a tad short in defending his UFC lightweight crown for fourth time at UFC 144, this past Saturday in Japan. All in all, though, Edgar’s battle with Benson Henderson was a hard-fought five rounds.
In their showdown, neither the new or old champ could claim an advantage from training in the gi, as both regularly suit up and hit the mats. Like in the following video, where Frankie rolls with his teacher, former UFC fighter Ricardo “Cachorrão” Almeida.
