Jiu-Jitsu Change My Life This Is Daniel Martinez Story
I used to be very athletic and a gym rat. Got very comfortable in my relationship. Also with my wife being pregnant I gained about 20lbs. of sympathy weight. After pregnancy I was so busy with watching my son grow up I ended up stopping any form of exercise for myself. That led to more weight gain and I hit 250lbs. Finally at 5 yrs old my son was at an age he could start training Jiu Jitsu and I decided to join him in that journey. Currently at 8 months of training 3-4 times a week I’ve had a loss of 30lbs. and I continue to lose weight each time I train. All thanks to my professor Walter Cascao and my teammates for getting me to where I am today. My goal walk around weight is 210lbs
