‘Tis the season.
With questions about the “atypical” PED results of Jon Jones and the future of UFC 232 dropping just in time for the holiday, champion Daniel Cormier took to Twitter to rekindle the pair’s feud in a series of tweets targeting USADA, Jeff Novitzky, and Jones, among others.
Cormier, the warm-blooded Louisiana boy was specific:
NSAC got a pass for being the organization which denied Jones clearance to fight as scheduled, forcing the UFC to relocate the event. USADA has commented that the abnormality detected in Jones’ sample was “consistent with residual amounts from his prior exposure for which he was previously sanctioned.”
Jones responded by challenging Cormier to yet another fight:
