Recently, there has been some talk – even from the man himself – about one of the biggest names in mixed martial arts making his return to the cage.
That name, of course, is “Georges St-Pierre,” known to MMA fans around the world simply as “GSP.”
Since his out-of-the-blue retirement back in 2013, fans has been speculating and licking their lips at the possibility of seeing the MMA legend back in the cage.
But one man who doesn’t think GSP will be making a return is UFC President Dana White.
In an interview after the UFC 200 weigh-ins, White said St-Pierre is done.
“Georges St-Pierre will not fight again. I’ve said that before and I’ll say it again. Georges St-Pierre is done. He is retired. He will not fight again.”
Then again, this is the same man who said Anderson Silva would not be fighting Daniel Cormier at UFC 200 . . . and we all know how that turned out.
What do you guys think? Will we ever see GSP in the cage again?
