Chilean welterweight fighter Ignacio Bahamondes made a serious impression on Dana White’s Contender Series on Wednesday when he earned a stunning K.O. victory.
Bahamondes, 23, was already doing well against his opponent, Edson Gomez, when he landed the kick that would seal the win for him. At about 2:31 of round two, he delivered a strong front kick to his opponent, sending Gomez toppling over backward and finishing the fight with a knockout.
The moment marked the second consecutive win for Bahamondes.
