As the 2013 ADCC approaches, we can’t forget about one of the female champions on her birthday! Luanna Alzuguir of Alliance celebrates her twenty-eighth birthday and to appreciate her role as a pioneer in the sport we’re showcasing her no-gi skills.
The 2009 ADCC champion is currently preparing for this year’s edition where she will face off in Biejing, China against some of the usual suspects like Kyra Gracie and Michelle Nicolini who have shared the podium with her many times before.
